“ Vegetrain Gujarati/ Cusine . The owner / chef is a kind gentleman Chetan bhai . Chetan bhai has long been a chef and in our hospitality business for more then 20 years . He is one of those chef you can make Vegetrain food and Indian methai (dessert / sweet's ) We ordered Pav bhaji . Pav is bread that has to be soaked in butter. ( back home in India)Bhaji mix mashed veggie with Indian spices . When dine in was open a few weeks a go . We had an absolute pleasure of dinning at this awesome vegetarian resturant . The food just remained me of back home ( Indian street food ) full of flavored . They service was very hospitable. If in the area again this place is a must stop and try his others Vegetrain options . Thank you Chetan bhai and his entire teams for keep your door's open in these uncertain time .
